Saor Patrol, originally from Scotland and now based in Europe, are a Folk/Rock Band comprising of five members:
Bastian Brigaldino – Bagpipes
Steven Legget – Guitars
Kevin Johnston – Drums
Kennard Dutscher – Drums
Mark Monaghan – Drums
Once described by “Lemmy Kilmister” as the “Motorhead of Folk” because of their uniquely powerful and full sound, Saor Patrol have proven themselves to be capable of appealing to most audiences, appearing at events ranging from Cultural and Folk festivals, to Punk, Rock and Metal Festivals.
With over twenty years’ experience in the music industry, Saor Patrol have carved out a substantial career for themselves and although being known mostly as a live act, Saor Patrol have over eighteen releases under their belt, including Studio Albums, Live Albums and two Live DVD’s.
Now being based in Germany and the Netherlands as a G.B.R. (Gesellschaft bürgerlichen Rechts), Saor Patrol continues to entertain their ever-growing fan base with their unique sound, new line-up and new releases.
